Our cleaning method

1. Firstly where possible we will move any small items of furniture. (See our FAQs page for more information)

2. Next we will vacuum using a high filtration vacuum that has been specifically designed for high performance professional carpet cleaning.

3. We will then use our professional stain removal products & techniques to treat difficult stains. Although stain removal is not a guaranteed service we have a very good track record at removing most stains.

4. A pre-spray solution is then applied, pre sprays are specially designed to loosen oily dirt and pollutants from your carpet. The carpet is then agitated to work the pre spray into the carpet fibres to aid the break down of dirt.

5. Next we use our high pressure hot water extraction machine. The powerful units we use shoot the cleaning solution and deodoriser into the carpet pile at high pressure. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollutants. The machine produces an extremely powerful double vacuum to then draw the dirt and moisture out of your carpet leaving it fresh, clean and smelling amazing.

6. (Added optional extra) We also offer the application of Fluroseal which is a Wool Safe Approved water based carpet and upholstery protector and anti static treatment that is applied to your carpet or upholstery immediately after cleaning.
